Updated: 15:18, 12/03/2026

BAC NINH - A total of 1,478 new enterprises, branches and representative offices have been established in Bac Ninh province since the beginning of the year, with combined registered capital exceeding 49 trillion VND (1.86 billion USD), according to the provincial Department of Finance.

Sectors recording notable increases in newly established businesses include construction, building materials trading and services. With the new registrations, the province now has more than 51,300 enterprises with total registered capital of about 820 trillion VND.

Authorities attributed the growth partly to improved administrative procedures, with relevant agencies expanding the use of online public services to facilitate business registration and other procedures for companies.

The provincial People’s Committee has also introduced various mechanisms and policies to attract investment and encourage start-ups, while directing localities to accelerate land clearance at industrial parks and clusters to create favourable conditions for investors.

In particular, the issuance of Politburo Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on May 4, 2025, on private economic development, which prioritises resources to support the private sector, has helped drive a sharp increase in newly established enterprises across the province.

Newly established and operating businesses have contributed to higher state budget revenues, stronger socio-economic development and more job opportunities for workers, while boosting the province’s industrial production value.

Over the past two months, Bac Ninh’s industrial production value at current prices reached more than 406 trillion VND, up nearly 20% from the same period last year.
