Bac Ninh delegation bags 21 medals at National Roller Sports Championships
BAC NINH - The National Roller Sports Championships took place at My Dinh National Sports Complex (Hanoi) from 15 to 17 August.
The tournament was jointly held by Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports, Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Vietnam Ice Skating and Roller Sports Federation.

This year tournament lured more than 200 athletes from 12 provinces and cities competing in the events of speed skating, artistic skating, and skateboarding.
This is the highest arena for roller sports in Vietnam, which takes place annually to evaluate quality of athlete coaching and training in localities and select athletes for international tournaments including SEA Games 33 held in Thailand in December 2025.
Bac Ninh delegation participated in the championships with 18 athletes and bagged total 21 medals including 6 gold, 5 silver and 10 bronze medals. This achievement surpassed the target by two sets of medals, demonstrating the progress of the province’s roller sports movement.
Huynh Trong An was the most outstanding athlete with impressive performance, who won 4 gold medals in speed events. Other athletes such as Vo Tieu Ky and Le Thien An also left impression with 1 medal for each, propelling Bac Ninh into the top group nationwide.
