Bac Ninh Vice Chairman visits ORGEN JSC

Updated: 11:10, 12/08/2025

BAC NINH – The Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee (PPC), head of the province’s National Assembly delegation Pham Van Thinh on August 11 visited ORGEN International Trading and Investment Development JSC (ORGEN) in Tien Son Industrial Park, Tien Du District of Bac Ninh province to explore the company’s Sasaki cold-drying technology for agricultural products.

ORGEN Chairwoman and CEO Tran Thi Thu Trang presented the Sasaki cold-drying technology, describing it as an intelligent, multifunctional system integrating three drying methods into a single “all-in-one” solution designed to differentiate and optimise agricultural drying processes.

The PPC Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh surveys the production line at ORGEN International Trading and Investment Development JSC.

The technology features automatic sterilisation during drying using either ultraviolet light or integrated heating, depending on the product’s properties.

It can automatically collect condensed water to produce medicinal and purified extracts through a customised dehumidification and recovery system unique to Sasaki.

The system fully automates control of drying factors and environment through dual temperature and humidity balancing. It allows both soft-drying and hard-drying while maintaining the product’s natural colour, aroma and flavour.

The technology enables simultaneous processing of various products on the same production line, reduces drying time, cuts labour costs, and ensures consistent, stable product quality.

During the meeting, delegates discussed in detail the benefits of applying Sasaki cold-drying technology to agricultural processing.

Concluding the visit, the PPC Vice Chairman praised the innovation, noting Bac Ninh produces roughly 1 million tonnes of agricultural products annually. He stressed the need for advanced processing methods to enhance quality and value.

He called on ORGEN to cooperate with and support local cooperatives in adopting the Sasaki cold-drying solution.

The provincial leader hoped the company would continue to innovate, improve professionalism, and research new technologies to contribute to the province’s development. He also urged ORGEN to facilitate access for local cooperatives to acquire and effectively use its technologies.

“The province will accompany and support the company in investing, expanding production scale and applying science and technology to create more useful products,” the PPC Vice Chairman said.

After the meeting, he and other delegates toured ORGEN’s production line.
