Bac Ninh invests more than 4.6 trillion VND to build inland container depot and logistics service hub
BAC NINH - The Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee has approved the investment policy and investor for a project to build an inland container depot (ICD) and logistics service hub in Vo Cuong Ward and Tam Da Commune, assigning the project to LSH Logistics Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Vo Cuong Ward.
Under the decision, LSH Logistics JSC will invest in building an integrated inland container depot and logistics service complex to provide logistics services in line with market demand.

The project will cover a land area of more than 870,000 square meters. Of this, the ICD area will occupy over 182,000 sq m, while the logistics service area will account for more than 398,000 square meters. Green space will cover more than 100,000 square meters and transport infrastructure will take up over 132,000 square meters, among other functional areas.
Total investment for the project is estimated at more than 4.6 trillion VND (about 175 million USD), with an operating period of 50 years from the date the investment policy and investor approval were granted.
The project is currently completing necessary investment procedures, with site handover expected in 2026.
From December 2026 to March 2031, the investor will build the inland container depot, including a container yard covering about 7.75 ha, along with logistics service areas, administrative and service facilities, green space, technical infrastructure, roads and parking areas.
In the second phase, from January 2031 to March 2031, the investor will complete the remaining construction of the container yard with an additional area of about 3.66 ha.
The project is expected to enhance logistics capacity in Bac Ninh and support the growing demand for goods transport and supply chain services in the region.
