Foreign-invested manufacturers, including Luxshare, Foxconn, Fukang, Canon and Samsung Electronics, remained the biggest contributors to both industrial output and the province’s overall growth. Key export-oriented products include electronic components, smartwatches, integrated circuits, laptops and mobile phones.
Other sectors also recorded gains: product taxes rose 6.62%, services increased 7.56%, and agriculture–forestry–fishery grew 4.41%. Although the province did not meet its 11.5% growth target, Bac Ninh still placed fifth nationwide.
Provincial authorities attributed the results to a series of coordinated measures, including speeding up public investment disbursement, especially for priority projects, improving administrative procedures, facilitating business operations, providing clean land for new investments and resolving bottlenecks raised by enterprises.
Officials said these efforts strengthened investor confidence and supported stable expansion.
