The “Felet Vietnam International Series 2025” will take place from October 25 to November 2 in Bac Ninh province. The competitions will be held at Bac Ninh Gymnasium (in southern urban area, Bac Giang ward) from October 28.

It is expected to draw 300 participants from 18 countries including total 260 players, coaches, international technical officials, Vietnamese referees, central organizing board and technical staff.

DOCST has checked up all facility conditions, equipment and technical items at the practicing venues in accordance with professional requirements.

Related departments and members of the Organising Board have well prepared to ensure a successful tournament in Bac Ninh.

At the meeting, the local Organising Board assigned detailed tasks for each member, discussed to make plans and arrangements for welcoming guests, providing accommodation and training venues, transportation for delegates and athlete teams, ensuring security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, healthcare, electricity supply, media and volunteer coordination to provide the best conditions for the tournament.

Concluding the meeting, DOCST’s Vice Director Nguyen Trong Bac stressed there is not much time left until the opening of the “Felet Vietnam International Series 2025”, thus the related agencies and units were requested to closely collaborate and quickly complete facility conditions and equipment to organise the tournament.

Besides, the event should be widely broadcast through mass media and visual advertising on central streets and around the Gymnasium so that local people can timely get information and follow the tournament.

It is also necessary to review and supplement plans to ensure security and order, traffic safety and environmental sanitation.

This will help promote the image of Bac Ninh province as a dynamic and developing locality, which is rich in cultural identity to a wide range of domestic and international friends.
