These include a resolution on promoting high-tech agriculture from 2016 to 2020, and restructuring the sector for 2021-2025 toward sustainable growth, higher value-added products and stronger competitiveness.

The province has also focused on reorganising production along value chains, from farming to processing and distribution.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Bac Ninh now maintains more than 1,600 high-tech farming models linked to effective consumption networks, with high-tech agriculture accounting for over 30% of the sector’s total output value.
