Implementing the plan of the Ministry of Public Security, the public security force nationwide has launched 50-day-and-night peak campaign to issue level- 2 eID for foreigners. This is an activity to celebrate the 80th traditional day of the People’s Public Security (August 19).

The officers of Immigration Management Division carry out issuance of level- 2 eID accounts for foreigners residing in the province.

Currently, there are around 30,000 foreigners living, working and studying in Bac Ninh province. According to the survey, more than 5,000 eligible foreigners requesting for issuance of level- 2 eID accounts.

Thanks to synchronous measures, Bac Ninh Public Security Department received and processed nearly 5,800 dossiers after 50 days, which was highly evaluated by business community and foreigners for its professionalism and quick manner.

Level- 2 eID account is considered the “digital key” for foreigners to perform administrative procedures and online public services while allowing them to access to the integrated data from the national and specialized systems.

In coming time, the provincial Public Security Department will continue to facilitate foreigners to be issued level- 2 eID accounts.

Bac Ninh prepares for groundbreaking of Gia Binh international airport project

BAC NINH - On August 17, Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee (PPC), inspected preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Gia Binh International Airport.
