Exports reached 94 billion USD, up 36.1% from a year earlier and equal to 126% of the annual target. Imports totalled 88 billion USD, rising 38.3% and fulfilling 121% of the plan.

Provincial officials said the strong performance reflects consistent efforts to address business concerns, improve the investment and business environment, and build confidence among domestic and foreign investors.

In particular, foreign-invested enterprises expanded production capacity and increased orders, providing major momentum for export growth.

Reforms in customs procedures also helped enterprises cut time and costs, improving efficiency in trade operations.
